Ironman Edge Treadmills

I’m not a big fan of this product.  What were the company executives thinking by selling the Ironman Edge Folding Treadmill for $900?  That’s beyond me.  These should be priced in the $250 - $400 range, and even then, there would be similar products that may be more competitive.  To make this an informative review, you get the following:  2.5 horsepower motor, 20 by 56 inch running area, incline of up to 12%, foldable frame, workout fan, heart rate monitor, and 15 preset programs.  Aesthetically, it’s not very appealing to look at – it looks like a “kiddie” or toy treadmill from afar made of plastic.  There are wheels on it, so that you can easily move around the 244 pound equipment.  But I’m guessing you’ll be moving this away from view when your friends come over.

Bottom line:  I wouldn't buy this product.  You can do better if you're going to go into this budget range.

Ironman Edge

  1. Hey, at least there’s a fan and the frame is foldable for easy storage. (You shouldn’t pay $900 for these though.)
  1. Inferior features and aesthetics for the price.  For $900, look elsewhere, quick.
