LifeSpan TR500 Treadmills
This is a highly programmable treadmill that supports various functions which give you more control over your walking / running work-out. It has buttons which allow you to vary the level of incline and speed of the machine. There are six pre-set programs for the belt incline, five for the belt speed, and two which you can customize for your own exercise routines. The machine also has a program which monitors your heart rate and adjusts the treadmill settings accordingly to achieve your target heart rate. The treadmill has a solid metal build, allowing for durability and stability of use. It comes with a lifetime warranty for its motor and frame, but with only a 1-year warranty for its parts and labor.
Advantages:
- The treadmill is highly programmable and customizable, suited for its users individual needs.
- The treadmill is intuitive. Utilizing the My Zone program, the machine automatically adjusts its settings based on its readings of your heart rate.
Disadvantages:
- Power consumption is high. With its 1.75 HP Continuous Duty drive motor, the machine eats up a lot of electricity.
- The treadmill is heavy. Weighing at 167 lbs., the treadmill could not be easily moved around by one person.
