Phoenix 98516 Easy Up Treadmill Review
This is a lower-priced manual treadmill, powered by the user's own motion rather than a motor, like most treadmills you're familiar with use. There aren't a whole lot of extras given the price, but it does have an electronic tracker that will display your speed, time you've been working out, calories burned, and how far you went. This kind of treadmill is a good idea if you're in an apartment, because it can fold up into a very small space.
Phoenix 98516 Easy-Up Treadmill
The advantages:
Low price - you can get it for under $150
Doesn't take up much space. This one is a folding model, so you can stick it into a small area if you're in an apartment.
This can give you a pretty strong workout given the incline (though it's a "love it or leave it" feature - some like it, some hate it).
The disadvantages:
A manual treadmill isn't the same kind of workout you may be used to if you normally go to a gym. Running on this can be harder.
If you weigh a lot, this one isn't for you. It's got a maximum limit of 250 pounds, so you may have to go with something more substantial.
Like many manual treadmills, it's not a good idea if you're really tall. You will sort of have to hunch over to use it because you have to hold onto the handles to get it to work.
Some people find the incline a little too steep.
