Proform’s 730 has a 2 horsepower motor, and a backlit console to track your fitness / routine progress such as speed, distance, calories burned, and elapsed time. The CoolAir fan will help you keep cool especially when you undergo a grueling workout. A 20 by 55 inch running space should provide ample room – similarly, the weight capacity of 300 pounds should suffice for most users. There is an EKG heart rate monitor, the speed can go up to 10 mph, and the incline can go up to 10%.
Advantages:

Disadvantages:
- For $800, they could have done better. They could have added a feature or two. The treadmill industry is competitive, and there are other more competitive models.
- Only 90 day warranty on parts and labor? That's a big risk if you end up getting a problem with one of the parts.
