I like this treadmill, there’s not too many product lines out there that offer a 7” flat screen television that allow you to watch your favorite shows while walking or running. The Reebok Vista has a built-in cushioning system for reduced impact, and a quiet tread belt avoids those annoying noises some treadmills make when you run or walk. A 2.75 horsepower motor can power the belt to up to 12 mph, and the incline can go up to 12%. A heart rate monitor might be useful, especially for elderly adults, and there are 16 preset programs for convenience.
Advantages:
- You won’t see too many treadmills boasting a 7” flat screen television with speakers. Good way to exercise while watching television. Just make sure this is not a distraction which prevents you from meeting your fitness objectives.
- CoolAire fan is a great addition for runners, and the 20-year warranty on the motor is generous.
- 20 by 60 inch space is one of the biggest running areas for any treadmill line. The 350 pound weight capacity also provides for a stable running or walking platform.
Disadvantages:
