Weslo Cadence C44 Folding Treadmills
This is a fold-up model that costs around $350. It's not the best out there, but it is a good model for this price range. It gets the job done and has all the basics. If your budget allows, you can get something higher quality for a little more money, but if you're in this price range this is a good option.
The advantages:
It folds up - and can fit under most people's beds.
The price is very low for what you're getting here.
Assembly isn't difficult (though it can take a couple of hours to do it)
It comes with a safety key - basically, you clip it to yourself and if you get too far back it will turn the treadmill off (this is good for preventing injuries).
It's sturdy, and can hold heavier people
The disadvantages:
The motor can get pretty loud.
For taller people, you may not be able to get up to the highest speeds because the belt length may be too short.
People have reported that the heart rate sensor doesn't work very well and can give inaccurate readings.
